Speaker Accelerator is a program operated by TNTE Global Ventures Inc., a Wyoming-registered company.
By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any Speaker Accelerator services, programs, workshops, digital products, or one-on-one sessions, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Nature of Services
Speaker Accelerator provides educational, strategic, and coaching services related to public speaking, storytelling, and TEDx application preparation.
All services are informational and advisory only. They are not legal, medical, psychological, or therapeutic services.
2. No Affiliation with TED or TEDx
Speaker Accelerator and TNTE Global Ventures Inc. are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to TED, TEDx, or the TED organization.
TEDx events are independently organized. References to TED or TEDx are for educational purposes only.
3. No Guarantee of TEDx Selection
Participation in Speaker Accelerator does not guarantee selection, acceptance, or invitation to speak at any TEDx or TED-affiliated event.
Speaker selection decisions are made exclusively by individual TEDx organizing teams and are influenced by factors beyond our control, including theme alignment, speaker pool size, organizer discretion, and event needs.
Speaker Accelerator provides guidance and preparation support only.
4. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
You are solely responsible for submitting applications, communicating with event organizers, and meeting deadlines.
You are responsible for how you choose to implement any feedback, guidance, or strategies provided.
Outcomes depend on multiple external factors and personal execution.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific service or product purchased.
Speaker Accelerator does not provide refunds or compensation for:
Time spent or hours invested
Opportunity costs
Lost income or business opportunities
Travel or accommodation expenses
Emotional distress or disappointment
Any outcome beyond the scope of the purchased service
If a refund is issued, it will not exceed the original purchase amount.
Completed sessions, delivered materials, accessed recordings, or consumed digital content are non-refundable.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase.
6. No Additional Compensation or Damages
Under no circumstances shall TNTE Global Ventures Inc. or Speaker Accelerator be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Your sole remedy, if any, is limited to a refund of the amount paid for the applicable service.
7. Intellectual Property
All Speaker Accelerator materials, including frameworks, templates, worksheets, recordings, presentations, and written content, are the intellectual property of TNTE Global Ventures Inc.
Materials are licensed for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, reproduction, or sharing without written permission is prohibited.
8. Confidentiality
Speaker Accelerator respects participant confidentiality. However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings and does not extend to disclosures required by law.
Speaker Accelerator is not responsible for breaches of confidentiality by other participants.
9. Code of Conduct
Speaker Accelerator reserves the right to remove any participant from a program, without refund, for behavior that is disruptive, disrespectful, harassing, or harmful to others or the community.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNTE Global Ventures Inc.’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or participating in Speaker Accelerator services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
